The simple answer is that some properties require a little extra time and attention on the first visit.
Windows, frames and sills can accumulate dirt, cobwebs and grime over time, particularly if they haven’t been cleaned regularly.
Our aim is to bring everything up to a good standard from the outset, making future maintenance cleans much more straightforward.
However, we don’t automatically apply a first-clean surcharge.
We assess each property individually and only charge extra where the condition of the windows means additional work is necessary. If a surcharge isn’t needed, we won’t apply one.
Any additional charge is explained and agreed before we start, so our customers know exactly what to expect.
