We were recently contacted by a local primary school in Spalding who were looking for a change in their window-cleaning service.
They hadn’t been entirely happy with the service they’d previously received, particularly as the cleaning had focused mainly on the glass itself. They were looking for a more thorough clean, but just as importantly, better communication and a company they could build a good working relationship with.
For us, that meant taking the time to understand exactly what the school wanted and making sure we could deliver it.
Getting things right from the start
Before starting the job, we spent time speaking with the school’s caretaker and finance manager to understand exactly what they needed.
We agreed on a clear cleaning specification, including the glass, frames and sills, and arranged dates that worked around the school.
We also walked around the site beforehand to make sure everyone knew what was being cleaned and what to expect.
It’s the little things that make a difference

Once we’d finished cleaning, we walked around the school again to check the work against the agreed specification and make sure everyone was happy with the result.
